لفتت “الدولية للمعلومات” إلى أنّه يتم تحديد سعر صفيحة البنزين بالاستناد الى سعر البنزين عالمياً مضافاً إليه رسوم الجمارك ورسم الاستهلاك الداخلي وضريبة القيمة المضافة. وعمولة شركات التوزيع ومحطات بيع المحروقات.
وأضافت: “بهذا السعر البالغ 31,200 ليرة يكون قد ارتفع سعر صفيحة البنزين خلال عام واحد بمقدار 7,500 ليرة. إذ بلغ سعرها في 18 شباط 2020، 23,700 ليرة، ولكنه ليس السعر الأعلى، إذ سبق وسجلت 33,000 ليرة في نهاية العام 2010، لتأخذ بعدها بالانخفاض الى 18,500 ليرة في آذار 2016 نتيجة تراجع الأسعار عالمياً، لتعاود بعدها الارتفاع، وفقاً لما هو مبين في الجدول التالي”.
فهل يصل سعر الصفيحة إلى 100 ألف ليرة؟
جوابًا على هذا السؤال، تشرح “الدولية للمعلومات” أنّه “إزاء هذا الارتفاع يتخوف المواطنون من زيادة الارتفاع في الأسابيع القادمة في حال استمرار ارتفاع الدولار مقابل الليرة، ورفع الدعم عن سعر المحروقات والبنزين. فوفقاً للأسعار العالمية بلغ سعر صفيحة البنزين (95 أوكتان) في 16 شباط 2020 نحو 8.75 دولاراً أي 13,260 ليرة وفقاً للسعر المدعوم (1515 ليرة للدولار) أي ما يوازي وفقاً لسعر صرف الدولار في السوق السوداء (9,000 ليرة) نحو 78,750 ليرة. ويضاف إليها عمولة الشركات والمحطات وضريبة ورسوم الدولة ليصل السعر إلى 90,500 ليرة. وبالتالي في حال رفع الدعم وارتفاع الدولار إلى أكثر من 9,000 ليرة، وارتفاع الأسعار عالمياً فإن سعر صفيحة البنزين سيصل إلى 100 ألف ليرة وربما أكثر، وهذا من شأنه ان يعطل الحركة ويشل البلاد. وبالتالي مخاوف المواطنين لها ما يبررها”.
